Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or Rescheduling: To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the vacant time slot to other clients in need of our services. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or a failure to attend the scheduled appointment (no-show), a cancellation fee of £25 will be applied. This fee is necessary to compensate for the lost appointment time and helps us maintain our operations effectively. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating. However, by adhering to this cancellation policy, we can ensure that our services are available to all our clients in a timely manner.
